• Executive Director of S&A Consulting Singapore Pte. Ltd. And Grand Merge Capital Pte. Ltd. 

• More than 10 years of experience in accounting, secretary, payroll, commercial and corporate services (including dealing with the related matters with IRAS, MOM, ACRA, CPF Board, MINDEF and etc.)

• Prior to founding S&A, he has 7 years’ accounting experience in an International accounting firm (top 20 firms in Singapore) and 2 years in commercial industries. 

• Oversee and assist to set up the accounting function and compliance matter for a Switzerland investment management Company with assets worth of S$40 million.

• Have 11 years working experience as an auditor in both Malaysia and Singapore.

• More than 10 years of experience in Auditing, accounting, secretary, and corporate services.

• Have experience in auditing consolidated financial statements, construction companies, logistics and medical industry companies.

• More than 12 years of experience in audit, consultancy and tax related experiences.

• Jeager Chua was an associate Director and lead a management role in a major international accounting firm (top 20 firms in Singapore)

Background

• 14 years working experience and started his professional career with an International Audit Firm beginning in 2007 and subsequently with local accounting practices handling mixed portfolio of clients on auditing, accounting, consultancy and income tax matters. He now has his own tax and audit practice.
